Eligible orders may qualify for Free Standard Shipping.

Available shipping services and any applicable charges will be shown during checkout.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Large furniture items, special-order products, holidays, promotional periods, or high order volumes may require additional processing time.

Estimated Delivery

Standard delivery is generally estimated at 2–3 business days after processing, where the selected service supports this timeframe.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier schedules, holidays, destination, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipment Tracking

When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order after the shipment has been dispatched.

Large Furniture Deliveries

Sofas, sectional sofas, sofa beds, and other large furniture may be packaged in multiple cartons or shipped separately.

Different packages from the same order may arrive at different times.

Inspect Your Delivery

We recommend inspecting the package and furniture promptly after delivery.

If visible damage is found, please take photographs of both the product and packaging before disposing of the packaging materials.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact sales@gripluxs.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging.

Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Additional shipping charges or delivery delays resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.
